369 Gold Game – Comprehensive Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern participation in all tournaments, memberships, leagues, events, and promotional activities conducted by 369 Gold Game. By registering or participating, all players and teams agree to comply with the conditions listed below.

General Participation

  1. Participation is open to individuals who meet the declared eligibility criteria.
  2. Minimum age requirement is 18 years, or guardian consent is mandatory for minors.
  3. All registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
  4. Management reserves the right to reject incomplete or false registrations.
  5. Participants must carry valid identification during tournaments.

Registration & Fees

  1. Membership fee is ?1,000 unless otherwise announced.
  2. Tournament entry fees vary by category and will be declared in advance.
  3. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
  4. Fees once paid are non-transferable.
  5. Entry fees are non-refundable except in official cancellation scenarios.

Match Rules & Gameplay

  1. All matches will follow officially declared tournament rules.
  2. Referee decisions are final and binding.
  3. Match timings must be strictly followed.
  4. A delay of more than 10 minutes may result in a walkover.
  5. Only registered players are allowed to participate.
  6. Team substitutions must follow tournament guidelines.
  7. Any attempt to manipulate match outcomes will lead to disqualification.
  8. Safety gear, if required, must be used.
  9. Use of banned substances is strictly prohibited.
  10. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in penalties.

Discipline & Conduct

  1. Physical violence will result in immediate expulsion.
  2. Abusive language toward officials or opponents is prohibited.
  3. Damage to turf property must be compensated by the responsible party.
  4. Spectators must follow venue discipline guidelines.
  5. Organizers reserve authority to remove disruptive individuals.

Winning Amounts & Prizes

  1. Prize structures will be announced prior to tournament commencement.
  2. Cash prizes vary depending on tournament category.
  3. Champions may receive cash prize + medals + trophy.
  4. Runner-up teams may receive cash prize + medals.
  5. Special tournaments may include gold coins as rewards.
  6. Gold coin weight and specifications will be pre-declared.
  7. Individual awards may include Best Player, Golden Boot, or similar titles.
  8. All prizes are non-transferable.
  9. Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.
  10. Prize distribution will occur only after official result verification.

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Events may be postponed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Rescheduled events will be communicated officially.
  3. Permanent cancellation may result in fee adjustment or refund.
  4. Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days if approved.
  5. Membership fee is generally non-refundable.

Liability & Safety

  1. Participation is at the player’s own risk.
  2. Organizers are not responsible for personal injuries during play.
  3. Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants.
  4. Medical fitness is advised prior to participation.
  5. Emergency assistance will be provided where reasonably possible.

Media & Branding

  1. Participants grant permission for event photography and videography.
  2. Media content may be used for promotional purposes.
  3. Sponsorship branding during events must be respected.

Legal & Administrative

  1. Management reserves the right to amend terms without prior notice.
  2. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local court where the event is conducted.

Operational & Administrative Provisions

  1. Tournament fixtures and schedules are subject to change based on operational requirements.
  2. Teams must confirm participation 24 hours prior to match day.
  3. Failure to confirm participation may result in slot reallocation.
  4. Organizers may limit the number of participating teams per tournament.
  5. Player identity verification may be conducted before or after matches.
  6. Replacement players must be officially registered before match commencement.
  7. Uniform color clashes may require one team to wear alternate jerseys.
  8. Match duration may vary depending on tournament format.
  9. Organizers reserve the right to appoint official referees and match supervisors.
  10. Video recording may be used for dispute resolution purposes.

Financial & Prize Regulations

  1. Prize pools depend on minimum team participation thresholds.
  2. If minimum participation is not met, prize amounts may be revised proportionately.
  3. Cash prizes will be distributed via approved payment methods only.
  4. Winners must provide valid identification and bank details for prize processing.
  5. Prize distribution may require signing of an acknowledgment form.
  6. Gold coins, if declared, will be awarded as per pre-announced weight specifications.
  7. No alternative compensation will be provided in place of declared prizes.
  8. Failure to attend the prize ceremony without valid reason may delay distribution.
  9. Any fraudulent claim regarding prize entitlement will result in permanent suspension.
  10. Sponsorship-linked rewards are subject to sponsor availability and terms.

Conduct & Fair Play Enhancement

  1. Match-fixing or collusion between teams will result in lifetime disqualification.
  2. Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances within the venue is strictly forbidden.
  3. Participants must respect officials, volunteers, and staff members at all times.
  4. Crowd interference affecting match outcomes may lead to match suspension.
  5. Repeated disciplinary violations may result in blacklisting.
  6. Any attempt to intimidate referees or organizers will attract strict action.
  7. Teams are responsible for the conduct of their supporters.
  8. Use of offensive banners or messages is prohibited.
  9. Social media defamation related to tournament integrity may result in legal action.
  10. Appeals against decisions must be submitted formally within 12 hours of match completion.

Safety, Health & Infrastructure

  1. Participants are advised to undergo medical fitness evaluation before tournaments.
  2. First-aid facilities will be made available at the venue.
  3. Organizers are not liable for injuries resulting from negligence of players.
  4. Weather-related risks such as rain delays will be managed at organizer discretion.
  5. Turf surface conditions must be accepted as suitable unless officially declared unsafe.
  6. Footwear must comply with turf safety standards.
  7. Unauthorized access to restricted areas is prohibited.
  8. Emergency evacuation protocols must be followed when announced.
  9. COVID-19 or public health guidelines, if applicable, must be strictly observed.
  10. Personal insurance coverage is the responsibility of individual participants.

Digital, Media & Data Protection

  1. Participant data will be stored securely for operational purposes only.
  2. Personal information will not be shared without consent except as required by law.
  3. Tournament results may be published on official platforms.
  4. Members consent to receive tournament updates and promotional communications.
  5. Unauthorized recording or commercial broadcasting is prohibited.

Governance & Policy

  1. 369 Gold Game reserves the right to modify tournament formats as necessary.
  2. Any ambiguity in rules shall be interpreted by the management.
  3. Participation implies full acceptance of all published rules and policies.
  4. Continued membership requires compliance with updated terms.
  5. All decisions made by 369 Gold Game management shall be final and binding.
